Reserve the remaining cordial you can use for morning drinks, desserts, or for additional servings of the drink.

Makes enough for 10 people
For the Clementine Syrup (yields 750ml)
300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
Ingredients for the Cocktail (yields 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml clementine cordial (from the recipe above)
Fresh cranberries, to garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing
Directions
Making the Cordial: Put all the ingredients inside a pan, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, agitating until the sugar dissolves. Next, remove from the burner and let it to cool down fully. Pour to a clean bottle, cap it keeping it in the refrigerator, where it will keep for about four weeks.
For the Premix: Mix every liquid ingredients into a big jug, allow it to infuse for an hour, then pass it through , ideally through muslin, making it completely strained.
To serve: Pour 85ml of the cocktail base to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and stir lightly for a minute until cold. Filter to a frosted cocktail glass or equivalent, decorate with a few cranberries and complete it using a light spray of the essential oil above the glass.
