I will dominate 'credible combatant' Paul - Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

Anthony Joshua prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight-round fight which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.

Briton Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" the American and "defeat" the American as the two fighters came face-to-face to publicize next month's bout.

Ex two-time world boxing king Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth uneven pairing - at Miami's venue on December 19th.

Boxer's Mentality

"I plan to break his face and hurt his body. My goal is to show I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, stated.

"I'll stamp all over him. That's a fighter's mentality.

"I intend to really want to hurt him. That's my goal."

Civil Exchange

Despite those words, a relaxed Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually famous for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.

Paul instead attacked ex Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and described him as "not serious" after Ngannou rejected a fight offer.

Taking Aim at Tyson Fury

Joshua, at the same time, criticized UK rival Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul win.

"Jake Paul outshines Tyson Fury - he showed up," Joshua said.

"I respect him for that."

Serious Fighter

Despite declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his opponent's pugilistic talent.

"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he stated.

Jake Paul's Background

Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mainly fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.

He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in last year.

Financial Attraction

Still, the novice is still one of the sport's greatest money-making draws, consistently making massive financial rewards.

Prediction and Belief

The 28-year-old anticipated a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would stop the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly being planned for 2026.

"The next fight will be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul declared.

Size Difference

As both boxers engaged in the usual confrontation, with their physical disparity evident, it emphasized just how improbable this whole event is - and how amazing it is that the match is truly proceeding.
